Rokibot Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. was formally founded, jointly established by listed company Ruiqi Co., Ltd. and its major shareholders. It defined the core business direction of "AI + Robotics".

The first multi-language control App was launched, supporting 4 languages (Chinese, English, Japanese, Korean). It also completed EU CE and US FCC compliance certifications, laying the foundation for overseas market access.

The core R&D team was fully formed, consisting of master’s and doctoral talents from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, Harbin Institute of Technology, etc. With 65% of the team holding master’s or doctoral degrees, the R&D of the first intelligent robot prototype was launched.

The first commercial intelligent robot product was released, focusing on single-family home and hotel scenarios. It landed in over 10 benchmark customer projects, with the first-year order value exceeding RMB 50 million.
